Charles serves as The NiVACK Group’s CFO and he works closely with the firm’s clients to improve financial outcomes.
Prior to founding The NiVACK Group, he was a CPA and an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Thanks to this experience in public accounting, Charles approaches business matters with intense attention to detail and organization.
With an empathetic and inquisitive mind, Charles seeks to understand people, processes, policies, and technologies before assessing opportunities for improvement. He strives to continually develop his understanding of how emerging trends and next-generation technologies are shaping companies’ operations, competitiveness, and future workforce readiness.
As a passionate global citizen, Charles is fundamentally interested in transitioning our world to a future that better balances business, people, and the environment.
Charles loves to travel and spends a lot of his free time exploring new scenes and cuisines in the US and abroad.
He’s also intensely competitive and is working hard to beat his father’s personal best marathon time.
Charles is one of only 217 people in the US who do not own an iPhone and he’s very proud of the green chat message bubbles he leaves in friends’ phones.
